Hymns

Our God Saves

by Paul Baloche
(third verse added by Hannah Bontje)

1.
In the name of the Father,
In the name of the Son,
In the name of the Spirit,
Lord we come;
We gather together
To lift up Your name,
To call on our Savior,
To fall on Your grace.

Pre-chorus
Hear the joyful sound of our offering
As Your saints bow down,
As Your people sing
We will rise with You,
Lifted on Your wings
And the world will see that…

Chorus 1
Our God saves,
Our God saves,
There is hope in Your name.

Chorus 2
Our God saves,
Our God saves,
There is hope in Your name;
Mourning turns to songs of praise,
Our God saves,
Our God saves!

2.
For all of Your goodness,
For all of Your grace,
For all of Your mercy,
Lord, we praise,
We come now to worship,
Beholding Your face,
We turn our hearts to You,
The God who can save.

3.
Our Blessed Redeemer,
Our Savior and Friend,
Jesus our Answer, our Way our End
We light Your name higher
Above every name
We call on You, Jesus,
The God who will save!

I Need Thee Every Hour

Words: Annie S. Hawks
Music: Robert Lowry

1.
I need Thee every hour,
Most gracious Lord;
No tender voice like Thine
Can peace afford.

Chorus
I need Thee, oh, I need Thee;
Every hour I need Thee;
Oh, bless me now, my Savior!
I come to Thee.

2.
I need Thee every hour,
Stay Thou near by;
Temptations lose their power
When Thou art nigh.

3.
I need Thee every hour,
In joy or pain;
Come quickly and abide,
Or life is vain.

4.
I need Thee every hour,
Teach me Thy will;
And Thy rich promises
In me fulfill.

5.
I need Thee every hour,
Most Holy One;
Oh, make me Thine indeed,
Thou blessed Son.

“The Change of the Age”

Message given by Daniel Schmitkons and Timothy Bontje on November 8, 2020

Acts 26:19
“For that reason, King Agrippa, I did not prove disobedient to the heavenly vision … “

Galatians 2:1-2
1 The after an interval of fourteen years I went up again to Jerusalem with Barnabas, taking Titus along also. 2 It was because of a revelation that I went up; and I submitted to them the gospel which I preach among the Gentiles …

2 Corinthians 3:18
But we all, with unveiled faces, looking as in a mirror at the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit.

Romans 8:23
And not only that, but also we ourselves, having the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting eagerly for our adoption as sons and daughters, the redemption of our body.

Matthew 1:18-21, 24-25
18 Now the birth of Jesus the Messiah was as follows: when His mother Mary had been betrothed to Joseph, before they came together she was found to be pregnant by the Holy Spirit. 19 And her husband Joseph, since he was a righteous man and did not want to disgrace her, planned to send her away secretly. 20 But when he had thought this over, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife; for the Child who has been conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit. 21 She will give birth to a Son; and you shall name Him Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.”

24 And Joseph awoke from his sleep and did as the angel of the Lord commanded him, and took Mary as his wife, 25 but kept her a virgin until she gave birth to a Son; and he named Him Jesus.

Matthew 2:13-14
13 Now when they had gone, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream and said, “Get up! Take the Child and His mother and flee to Egypt, and stay there until I tell you; for Herod is going to search for the Child to kill Him.”

14 So Joseph got up and took the Child and His mother while it was still night, and left for Egypt.
