For Students

Tl;dr: We’ve got two Sunday meetings and convenient Bible studies near campus are starting soon. Skip to the details.

Welcome college (and graduate) students. At Cleveland Heights Church, we’re used to the rhythm of academic life because many of us were (or are) students at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland State University, Notre Dame College, John Carroll University, Cuyahoga Community College, etc. (If we missed your institution, comment and let us know, but the point is, there are a lot of schools and a lot of students around here.)

College and grad school are exciting times. Often you’re moving, making new friends, and setting new habits. For some people, college marks the beginning of a spiritual search, or, if they have those matters more resolved, the hunt for a good church nearby.

Here’s what you need to know about Cleveland Heights Church all in one place:

Aspire: Sunday evenings, we have a meeting with arts worship and a message from the Bible. It’s called Aspire and it happens at 7:30 pm. We’re in the Cedar Fairmount district right across from Starbucks in the India Community Center.

Sunday morning: we meet to sing and listen to a message from the Bible at 11 am. Yup, this also happens in the India Community Center across from Starbucks.

Small Groups: We also have small group Bible studies. We are waiting for current students’ schedules to be more set before scheduling Bible studies. They’re usually at 11020 Magnolia Drive, near campus. Check back here for times. We’ll put them here once they’re set.

Beliefs: If you want to know what we stand for, this is our Beliefs Statement and here’s our Statement of Faith. This will probably be most useful for people who were already attending church before moving here. If it seems dry and technical, cut to the chase: come and see it in action.
