One of the greatest joys of the Christian life is knowing the Lord. It is a wonderful thing that a sinful, mortal human being can know God. The more you see of the Lord, the more you realize God’s boundless goodness. Imposing a preconception on God can really limit or prevent us from seeing him as he really is.
